Grey Bear RIBA stage 7

7. Post Occupancy Evaluations

Post Occupancy Evaluations (POE) is the assessment of how building performance measures up to the expectations of the team that designed and built it. Grey Bear believes that every project can be learnt from. We therefore recommend conducting POE's on larger, particularly public buildings in order to obtain information that leads to better buildings that respond to the needs of the users. We can undertake POEs on any size of building and will discuss with you the exact requirements of any evaluation carried out.

As an RIBA Chartered Practice we follow a process of work which is divided into stages.

The RIBA Plan of Work organises the process of briefing, designing, constructing and operating building projects into eight stages and details the tasks and outputs required at each stage.
