1. Feasibility Studies

Grey Bear RIBA stage 1

To produce a feasibility study to investigate options for the possible use of the site together with the number of dwellings and massing. A feasibility study booklet forms the basis for discussion with the Planning Authority and assists in defining the brief.

As an RIBA Chartered Practice we follow a process of work which is divided into stages.

The RIBA Plan of Work organises the process of briefing, designing, constructing and operating building projects into eight stages and details the tasks and outputs required at each stage.
