4. Building Control
Preparation of detailed working drawings with sufficient information for submission to Building Control to apply for a Building Licence. These drawings demonstrate compliance with the Guernsey Technical Standards. You will receive a copy of the drawings submitted to Building Control.
We endeavour to discharge reasonable Building Control conditions within our normal scope of service. Where conditions relate to structure, planting schemes, electrical services etc. we recommend the use of suitable qualified consultants.
As an RIBA Chartered Practice we follow a process of work which is divided into stages.

The RIBA Plan of Work organises the process of briefing, designing, constructing and operating building projects into eight stages and details the tasks and outputs required at each stage.
