As an RIBA Chartered Practice we follow a process of work which is divided into stages.

The RIBA Plan of Work organises the process of briefing, designing, constructing and operating building projects into eight stages and details the tasks and outputs required at each stage.
We can produce presentation booklets to meet your requirements. Our most popular booklet is for the sale of new build houses, however we can produce feasibility booklets and design documents together with Statements of Significance that are required for adaptations to listed properties.
