As an RIBA Chartered Practice we follow a process of work which is divided into stages.

The RIBA Plan of Work organises the process of briefing, designing, constructing and operating building projects into eight stages and details the tasks and outputs required at each stage.

3D Computer Modelling

At Arch+, all of our projects are modelled in 3D as standard. We can email you the model to view on your own computer or tablet device either during the design process to test ideas or before submission to ensure you are happy with the design.

We can visualise anything from extensions, new build houses, landscapes and interiors for you.
